How do I reset my password?

Go to the forgot password page and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

How do credits work?

Each AI operation costs credits — 1 for spec generation, 2 for Standard Research, 5 for Deep Research. Free teams get 8 lifetime credits. Paid teams get credits per member per month, pooled at the team level. See pricing for details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Email support@microfactory.dev with your account email and we'll process your deletion request. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
